This is for a coffee mug purchased in 1993 as part of the German ICE Train North America Tour 1993 in Chicago. I don’t remember where it was purchased but I’m assuming either on board (I toured) or via Amtrak as part of the tour. (I don’t drink coffee or use any of my collector mugs but it does appear that I used it for storage of pens/pencils/markers? These marks are circular on the bottom and in various places across the inside. The printing on the word “TRAIN” shows some marks I believe to be defects not wear. Please review the pictures carefully and let me know if you want to see more hi resolution pictures I can take and or email these. The pictures are part of the description as well.
I would describe the condition as used (no original box I recall it came it) and it has minor production or storage marks on the bottom (see pictures). Overall this is in Very Good or better condition and would display nicely. I’ve decided I’m not collecting mugs anymore so I’m parting with my mugs.
This mug is heavy (13.8oz empty) and Priority Mail shipping is included in the price (due to weight I can't ship First Class.) This will be -10 or so of the cost hence the original Buy It Now price....this is a good value I feel with price adjusted for my cautious interpretation of the condition.
