Then, with no bills, and all this income, I had to decide what to do next: continue as I had been all my life, or to make a seismic shift in my thinking and to plan ahead for the next chapter of my life.
This seismic shift led to acquiring one property after another. Just as one job led to another, higher-paying job as before, one smaller property led to the next bigger and bigger property.
Soon I had a net worth of just over 0,000.
Then, a few years later, I had a net worth of .8 million.
And all of it was a result of real estate.

My first job in Cincinnati in late 1996 paid .35 an hour. I worked my way up. Got out of debt. My last job paid an hour. And before all that, as I'd stated from the beginning, I was making a paltry .35 an hour.
My book shows you how to overcome. It will not be quick, nor easy. Few things are, unless you're holding the winning Powerball ticket. Most of us will never hold that winning ticket. For the overwhelming majority of the rest of us, there is a ladder of financial independence to climb. The first rung is always the hardest, but it is possible.
My book is designed to help you find and grasp on to that first rung, such that you can make it to the top. I don't use any impossible-to-understand jargon. No mind-blowing formulas. No impossible statistics. Just honest, sensible rational thought and reason.... the absolute same reasoning that many other people used to make it to the top.
And, as the book cover implies, I did it all on a fast food income. You'll see what I mean when you read the book.
