Philco High Shutter Movie CCD W/ Case, Instructions, Cords, 6 VHS & Flashdrive

Great pre-owned condition. Comes with carry case, keys to lock the case, original instructions, a/v cords, 6 VHS tapes, two batteries, charger & Flashdrive. There are 2 batteries however I can't get them to charge. The charger is getting power and the cord that plugs in from the charger video adapter to the camera is suppling power to be able to rewind and fast forward the tape. All buttons on camera function while cord is plugged in as well. But the price reflects the need for batteries as these are still able to be purchased for a battery.
