    TennisRacquets.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from your purchase date to return your new item. Returned items in new condition will receive a full refund, less any shipping costs. Refunds can take up to 7 business to be completed.

This means that items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, tears, scuffs or smells (i.e. smoke or pet hair).     2. Include your Order Number on the outside of the package. (order number can be found on the paperwork included with the original shipment). You may include a copy of the paperwork in your return shipment.
