Liberty Lobby was a right-wing propaganda organization that operated from the 1950s to the early 2000s. "This Is Liberty Lobby" was a five-minute news show produced by this organization and sent weekly to radio stations for broadcast.
This listing is for 2 of these tapes, one from the week of
11/23/1981
and one from the week of
01/04/1982
. It's an interesting piece of history for anyone interested in 1980s political movements or the development of American political radio.
Each tape is comprised of five separate shows, one for each day of the week. The program list is printed on the front of the box (see photos).
The boxes have been stored in an old building for 40 years and thus show a significant amount of staining and yellowing. The tapes appear pristine, but have not been tested.
